New neo folk project Pale roses from France presents its debut album “Fear Of Dawn”. Pale Roses have been playing neo-folk since the mid 2000’s. Back to basics is their motto: acoustic guitar, a bit of piano, classic songwriting.

The album introduces ten new songs about war, melancholy and the pagan roots of Europe. Pale Roses have done their maximum to keep the instrumentation minimal, stripped down to the core, free of all non-essential arrangements. However, slight variations between songs keep the album from being repetitive.
